Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

CertiK is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team, responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely preparation of financial records, reports, and analysis while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

In Short

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Review inter-company accounts
• Analyze and maintain General Ledger accounts
• Prepare and post corporate recurring journal entries
• Prepare monthly accruals
• Initiate and post corporate wires and account transfers
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Assist/prepare year-end audit activity
• Prepare ad hoc reports as requested
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• B.S. in Accounting
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Ability to work in a remote environment
