Overview

The Alliance is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee and perform a full range of professional accounting work, ensuring responsible use of public funds.

In Short

• Oversees complex accounting functions
• Conducts research and prepares accounting reports
• Supports budgeting and reporting functions
• Provides mentoring to Accounting Unit staff
• Requires strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in healthcare or government accounting preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting software is essential
• Ability to lead project teams and resolve complex issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required
• Five years of accounting experience needed

• Ability to mentor and train staff
