Overview

The Provider Payment Strategy Manager will oversee the advancement of provider reimbursement methodologies, advise on strategies, and manage staff in the Payment Strategy Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in provider reimbursement activities.
  • Three years of management or supervisory experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop workflows and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in provider contracting and reimbursement methods.
  • Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD codes, and managed care concepts.
  • Collaborative communication style for building relationships.
