Overview

The Crisis Care Consultant position at Centerstone involves providing critical support for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises through a suicide prevention-focused call team.

In Short

• Part of a 24/7 high volume suicide prevention call team.
• Responsible for clinical screenings, risk assessments, and crisis intervention.
• Conduct outreach calls to promote safety for individuals in crisis.
• Attend team meetings and training for quality assurance.
• Provide service linkage and referrals to community resources.
• Demonstrate high-level customer service skills.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments and agencies.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Available shifts include various times throughout the day and night.
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills in various formats.
• Ability to provide service linkage and referrals.
• Availability for various shifts including evenings and nights.
