Overview

The Supervisor Sales Administration will manage daily operations and workflow, supervising a team while ensuring quality service and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience or relevant senior/lead experience.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Sales Account management.
  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
  • Strong time and task management skills.
  • Ability to analyze service issue trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
  • Preferred residents of Central and Mountain Standard Time.
  • Experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
