The Strategic Sourcing Specialist II will lead supplier negotiations and contracting, ensuring alignment with internal customer needs while developing sourcing strategies to drive value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or negotiations.
• Understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
• Experience with government procurement preferred.
• Experience in strategic sourcing tied to enterprise objectives.
• Knowledge of compliance management programs.
• Experience with contracting processes including legal terms.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive deliverables throughout processes.
