Overview

As a Retention Representative at Centene, you will play a crucial role in retaining current members by assisting them with Government health program applications and ensuring a smooth application process.

In Short

• Assist members with completing Government health program applications.
• Respond to inquiries regarding the application process.
• Meet daily production metrics to achieve higher membership retention.
• Research and document inquiries regarding program eligibility.
• Conduct follow-up calls for recertification applications.
• Develop relationships with existing members to provide guidance.
• Track and input actions taken during the recertification process.
• Utilize computer systems for administrative functions.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous Customer Service experience.
• 1-2 years related experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Proficiency in one or more languages other than English.
