Retention Representative - Remote

Overview

As a Retention Representative, you will play a crucial role in retaining current membership by assisting members with Government health program applications and responding to inquiries to enhance membership retention.

In Short

• Assist members with completing and processing Government health program applications.
• Respond to inquiries from new and existing members.
• Meet daily production metrics for membership retention.
• Research and document inquiries regarding program eligibility.
• Conduct follow-up calls for recertification applications.
• Develop relationships with members to provide guidance through the recertification process.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
• Utilize computer systems for administrative functions.
• Work remotely with a schedule of 9:30am-6:00pm EST post-training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous Customer Service experience is necessary.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and customers.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Bilingual in Chinese, Russian, or Spanish preferred.
