This position involves managing daily operations in the department responsible for planning and engineering an organization's systems infrastructure, ensuring hardware and software are designed to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

• Experience in systems management and network management.
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of data protection and access controls.
• Skills in migrating legacy systems to modern cloud platforms.
• Ability to lead/manage others and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Effective conflict management and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach and deliver constructive feedback.
