Overview

This role involves using technology to improve health outcomes for 28 million members by ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of the Microsoft 365 environment.

• Develop and create monitoring and observability dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 5-7 years of experience in site reliability engineering.
• Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting.
• Proficiency in Graph APIs.
• Experience with monitoring platforms like Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of incident management processes.
• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills.
