• Lead operations, reliability, and support of the Customer IAM platform.

• Establish and enforce SLAs for service reliability.
• Collaborate with product teams for new IAM capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 5-7 years of related experience in IAM.
• Deep expertise with IAM protocols and platforms.
• Strong background in operations and incident management.
• Experience with monitoring and logging platforms.
• Hands-on with automation and scripting.
• Proven track record in incident response leadership.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks.
• Intermediate analytical and project management skills.
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) preferred.
