Cennox is looking for a Construction Project Manager to work remotely in the Los Angeles/Inland Empire area. Primary business is commercial construction and renovation services for financial institutions.

In Short

• Manage commercial renovation projects
• Support site superintendents and employees
• Set up sub-contractors
• Assist in daily office needs and activities
• Work without direct supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organize work using MS Office tools
• 5 years minimum construction project management experience
• Experience in commercial interior projects
• Ability to manage costs and budgets

Requirements

• Construction Project Management experience (5 years minimum)
• Commercial Interior project experience
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints
• Reliable transportation and flexible work hours
• High School diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
• High level of attention to detail
• OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
• Clean DMV/Background Check
