Lead Infrastructure Specialist – Cloud Operations - Remote

Overview

The Lead Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for providing level 2/3 technical support for cloud solutions at CellCarta, a Contract Research Organization.

In Short

• Provide level 2/3 technical support related to cloud environments.
• Manage cloud environments including cloud networking, servers, and storage.
• Coordinate regular maintenance and updates for cloud systems.
• Debug issues with cloud hosted environments.
• Compile and implement system design for cloud systems.
• Provide recommendations based on IT support requests.
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot support issues.
• Plan and manage software installations and upgrades.
• Develop systems and tools for deployment and asset management.
• Create scripts for automation and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in a computer-related or STEM field.
• More than 6 years in IT.
• Proven experience with AWS environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking and VPCs.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD techniques and Terraform scripting.
• Experience with CloudFormation and Kubernetes preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
