Overview

As a Financial Analyst Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with executive leadership to deliver robust financial insights, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain full compliance with UK financial regulations.

• Prepare high-quality financial reports and conduct in-depth analysis.

• Identify automation opportunities across finance functions.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in PH as an Independent Contractor.
• Fluent English speaker and writer.
• 6+ years in finance/accounting with strong reporting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Xero and Excel.
• Deep understanding of UK accounting practices and VAT compliance.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Highly organized and self-driven in a remote work environment.
• Team leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience in real estate finance is a plus.
• Familiarity with property management accounting tools is a plus.
