Overview

CEF Solutions Inc. is looking for experienced Triage Technicians to provide advanced remote technical support for field service operations, focusing on diagnosing issues and guiding technicians through repair procedures.

In Short

  • Provide remote technical support for home appliance and television repairs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues via phone, email, or support systems.
  • Guide field technicians on repair procedures and parts.
  • Coordinate with engineering/service teams on repair protocols.
  • Document cases and resolutions in CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Support multiple concurrent cases while maintaining service quality.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Minimum 5 years of field repair experience required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills needed.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

  • Experience repairing major home appliances or TVs.
  • Certification in home appliance repair preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.
  • Experience with CRM/ticketing tools.
  • Ability to guide technicians on module-level replacements.
  • Prior experience in remote support or technical support environments preferred.
