Overview

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, assisting with inquiries and providing solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in BPO.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Typing speed of at least 35wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Open to working on a shifting schedule, including holidays.
  • Able to start immediately.
