Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in BPO.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using chat and email platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Typing speed of at least 35wpm with 90% accuracy.
  • Open to working on a shifting schedule.
  • Must have a secure, distraction-free work environment.
