Overview

CEF Solutions Inc. is seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated individual to work as a Product Liability Admin Support Associate, providing exceptional customer experience by handling inquiries and claim requests.

In Short

  • Support client inquiries and claim requests through email communication.
  • Document and maintain accurate claimant information.
  • Input settlement amounts into release forms accurately.
  • Take ownership of claimant cases and prioritize claims accordingly.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claims-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Continuously seek process improvements for efficiency.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and company procedures.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Work from home temporarily, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Eastern Time).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or Risk Management.
  • More than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional investigative and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with computer applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zendesk.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and bond with customers.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Commitment to policies and procedures.
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal for prolonged periods.
