Overview

As an Expert Technical Artist with a focus on Graphics, you will collaborate with various teams to achieve high-quality visuals for Cyberpunk 2, utilizing your artistic and programming skills.

• Work closely with engineers, designers, and artists to meet visual targets.
• Establish and breakdown high bar visual targets for real-time execution.
• Prototype and extend rendering systems within Unreal Engine 5.
• Research emerging rendering trends.
• Troubleshoot rendering and performance issues.
• Guide content developers on GPU budgets and memory allocations.
• Develop tests to support optimized content deployment.
• Mentor the art team on best practices in rendering.

Requirements

• 7+ years in the video games industry focusing on rendering and graphics.
• Strong understanding of GPU workflows and Unreal Engine 5.
• Experience developing shaders and materials for performance.
• Expertise in HLSL, GSL, or similar shader programming.
• Familiarity with Direct 12 or similar graphics API.
• Experience with profiling tools like PIX or RenderDoc.
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
