Overview

The Technical Artist at Tripledot Studios is responsible for maintaining a high degree of polish and quality across all games, ensuring they look and feel fantastic.

In Short

  • Maintain high quality and polish in games.
  • Expert in Unity and its UI.
  • Design and implement the Unity layer linking art and code.
  • Construct games and write custom components in C#.
  • Optimise games for performance on mobile devices.
  • Create animations, particle effects, and custom shaders.
  • Support and mentor game artists on technical issues.
  • Work in a hybrid model, with some remote working days.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and creative team environment.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Unity engine and UI.
  • Experience in game development and architectural approaches.
  • Ability to write clean, performant C# code.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with programmers.
  • Professional-level English communication skills.
  • Willingness to complete a technical art test.
