Overview

The Associate Director, Proposal Writing will work closely with the Executive team at CCS Fundraising to manage leads and produce compelling proposals and presentations that support business development efforts.

• Write and design customized sales proposals and presentations.
• Participate in sales meetings to understand client needs.
• Develop tailored content for proposals based on client interests.
• Partner with Executives to define proposal elements.
• Establish timelines for proposal delivery.
• Support editing and formatting of proposals.

• Maintain and update proposal templates.
• Assist proposal writers with client case studies.
• Draft follow-up correspondence for Executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in writing and project management.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent writing and visualization skills.
• Thorough proofreading skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with design tools like InDesign and Canva is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
