• Join the Farm Certification team at CCOF.
• Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) technical services.
• Ensure organic integrity of products in the marketplace.
• Review inspection reports for compliance with USDA standards.
• Make decisions about client compliance with organic standards.
• Provide customer service and technical assistance to clients.
• Maintain accurate client database records.
• Work independently within established procedures.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Work remotely based in the United States.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in regulatory compliance or agriculture.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in customer service.
• B.A. or B.S. degree or 3 years of relevant experience.
