Overview

The Credentialing Associate serves as a frontline customer service representative for CCI, supporting customers and the organization through phone and email communication during scheduled business hours. This role helps resolve inquiries, provides information about CCI’s services, and ensures a positive experience for all customers.

In Short

  • Supports CCI candidates and certificants by answering inbound calls and emails.
  • Provides courteous, professional support in a manner that meets or exceeds customers’ expectations.
  • Processes product orders, payment information, and credit card transactions.
  • Updates records and performs candidate registration entry.
  • Assists with the review of candidate applications for eligibility.
  • Answers questions concerning all aspects of the certification process.
  • Participates in orientation of new staff members.
  • Some travel required for professional events.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Consistent availability during high volume contact season.
  • Self-motivated with prompt communication.
  • Comfortable with both virtual and in-person work settings.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
  • Associate degree preferred but not required.
