Overview

The Credentialing Associate serves as a frontline customer service representative for CCI, supporting customers and the organization through phone and email communication during scheduled business hours.

In Short

• Supports CCI candidates and certificants by answering inbound calls and emails.
• Provides courteous, professional support to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Processes product orders and payment information.
• Updates records and performs candidate registration entry.
• Assists with the review of candidate applications for eligibility.
• Answers questions concerning the certification process.
• Participates in orientation of new staff members.
• Some travel required for professional events.
• Engages with customers in person at events.
• Self-motivated with prompt communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years in a customer service-related position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Consistent availability during high volume contact season.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.
