Overview

The Consumer Support Representative is responsible for fielding incoming ticket communications with customers who process payments through one of CCBill’s merchant websites, ensuring their questions and problems are resolved.

In Short

  • Field incoming communications via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues to completion.
  • Research and resolve credit card billing inquiries.
  • Provide web browser assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Initiate customer escalations to internal teams.
  • Document customer interactions in the Admin system.
  • Work night shifts, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • High school degree or equivalent education.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
  • General knowledge of basic internet technologies.
  • Intermediate proficiency with web browsers, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to retain and apply information learned.
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle various customer interactions.
