French Customer Service Representative - Remote

In Short

Requirements

• Fluent French (C1/C2) with native accent from France, Belgium or Switzerland.
• Good English communication skills (B2).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Residence in mainland Portugal, excluding the islands.
• European passport (no sponsorship or visa support available).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
