Overview

As a Customer Service Rep for Disaster Response, you will engage with customers to provide assistance before, during, and after disasters, while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 20 words per minute.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Must have a hardwired internet connection.
  • Ability to work seated at a computer for up to 85% of the shift.
  • Must meet schedule adherence requirements.
  • Resilience in high-pressure situations.
