Overview

The role of Facilitator is an excellent opportunity to work within a national team, successfully engaging participants who face barriers to employability.

In Short

  • Report to the Service Manager
  • Work closely with the national Creativity for All team, Comms, and the wider employability division
  • Collaborate with programme delivery partners and external stakeholders
  • Deliver and facilitate existing training in an engaging manner
  • Ensure training is relevant and accessible to a wide range of young people
  • Monitor training success with feedback to keep it dynamic
  • Stay updated on developments in the digital and creative sector

Requirements

  • A relevant teaching/training qualification or extensive practical experience
  • Experience delivering learning and training programmes to support young people
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-agency context
  • Knowledge of the digital and technology sector
  • Understanding of the recruitment process and skills needed for success
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly
