Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Project Manager at Castor, you will be responsible for delivering customer projects on time, on budget, and with the highest level of quality in the clinical research industry.

In Short

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication.
• Maintain an accurate RAID Log for project status.
• Manage project data such as milestones and budget.
• Collaborate with internal and partner resources for quality deliverables.
• Provide effective communications to stakeholders.
• Contribute to best practices and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Achieve targeted customer satisfaction metrics.
• Work in a dynamic SaaS environment focused on clinical research.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in SDLC.
• Understanding of EDC/CDMS, eConsent, and eCOA.
• Experience with eCOA services and data management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative and resourceful approach.
• Proven communication and advocacy skills.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Life science or IT degree preferred.
