• Conduct compliance audits and investigations related to therapy services, billing practices, HIPAA, and clinical care.
• Provide regulatory guidance and education for field teams and leadership.
• Assist in developing and evaluating compliance programs and audit tools.
• Collaborate with operations and field leadership to enhance compliance and quality of care.
• Travel approximately 60% of the time, including some overnight travel.
• Utilize analytical review and statistical sampling methods in audits.
• Prepare clear, timely audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support compliance efforts related to new acquisitions.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance matters.
• Influence compliance practices across a multi-facility organization.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Experience with Medicare Part A and B in multi-facility environments.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Prior compliance experience preferred.
• Willingness to pursue relevant certifications as needed.
