Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Join Cartwheel to help tackle the student mental health crisis by providing technology-enabled mental health services in collaboration with school staff.

In Short

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to students.
• Collaborate with school counselors and other providers.
• Build relationships with school staff and families.
• Provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers.
• Participate in case consultations with team members.
• Help build clinical programming at Cartwheel.
• Work 10-20 clinical hours per week as an independent contractor.
• Must be Spanish speaking.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Active mental health care license in RI.
• Experience with various therapeutic techniques.
• Experience delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong technological skills.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work during peak hours.
• Access to reliable internet connection.
• Passion for working with schools on mental health.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
