In Short

• Part-time role (10-20 hours per week)

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher in relevant field
• Active mental health care license in MA
• Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, and other therapies
• Strong technological skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to work during peak hours
• Passion for working with schools on mental health
• Experience in shorter-term care delivery is a plus
• Excitement to join an early-stage startup
