Mental Health Therapist - Part-time - Remote

Join Cartwheel to help tackle the student mental health crisis by providing teletherapy and support to students in partner school districts.

In Short

• Part-time role (10-20 hours per week)
• 100% remote position
• Collaborate with school staff, students, and families
• Provide mental health assessments and skills-based teletherapy
• Build trusted relationships with school staff and families
• Participate in case consultations with team members
• Must have an active license in MA to deliver mental health care
• Experience with various therapeutic techniques required
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
• Flexible hours, primarily during peak times (Mon-Fri 3-8 pm ET, Sat 8-5)

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Active mental health care license (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD)
• Experience with telehealth delivery
• Strong technological skills, including familiarity with Zoom and electronic health records
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to deliver care during specified peak hours
