High-Risk OB/GYN Medical Expert - Remote

In Short

• The Medical Expert (high-risk OB/GYN) is a clinical resource for their functional area(s).
• This role requires a focused approach to providing evidence-informed sessions pertaining to relevant information and guidance on various medical topics.
• The required shift for this consultant role is M-F ~2-3 hours/week split between 2 or 3 days. 1 hour must be between 4-6p PST.
• Understand current pregnancy trends in the US.
• Utilize clinical experience and skills to engage in discussions and educate others particularly in the area of high risk pregnancy conditions.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to continue to drive an experience that is safe, compliant and of the highest standards.

Requirements

• US Board-Certified OB/GYN with a minimum of 3 years providing high-risk ob/gyn care.
• Superb listening skills and an ability to empathetically discuss pregnancy and fertility related topics.
• Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance.
• Motivated to expand knowledge on pregnancy, lactation, parenting, and fertility topics.
• Ability to function well from a confidential and private work-remote environment.
