Email Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for providing production support for various business-to-consumer (“B2C”) projects benefiting the company, working primarily within the marketing automation platform and CRM.

In Short

• Utilize marketing automation platform to produce and manage a variety of assets.
• Email creation and template maintenance.
• Email sending and scheduling.
• List management and segmentation building.
• Multi-variant testing (A/B testing, imagery, and calls to action).
• Campaign monitoring and performance reporting.
• Maintain library of email templates for sales within the CRM.
• Communicate marketing projects thoroughly to team members and vendors.
• Prepare status reports on marketing efforts.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two plus (2+) years of marketing experience in a corporate environment.
• Two plus (2+) years’ experience using an email automation platform, preferably HubSpot.
• Prior experience in a mortgage or lending organization preferred.
