Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• At least 10 years of experience in government contracting and procurement law.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations.
• Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Expertise in compliance and international contracting.
• Exceptional legal research and negotiation skills.
