Qualified Mental Health Professional - Intensive In Home - Remote

Overview

This is a hybrid position for a Qualified Mental Health Professional (IIH-QP) who will provide intensive services and support to clients in their homes and communities, helping them manage symptoms and develop essential skills.

In Short

• Provide intensive mental health services to clients.
• Support the development and implementation of clients' person-centered plans.
• Monitor and address psychiatric symptoms and self-management behaviors.
• Engage with clients to deliver required contact hours.
• Coordinate with the treatment team for effective service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with the specific population served.
• Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a treatment team.
• Knowledge of mental health policies and procedures.
• Capacity to manage crisis situations effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining client rights and confidentiality.
• Willingness to attend ongoing training and supervision.
• Ability to follow agency chain-of-command.
