Qualified Mental Health Professional - Intensive In Home - Remote

Overview

This is a hybrid position that involves both in-person visits with clients and some remote work for completing paperwork. The role focuses on supporting clients through the development and implementation of their person-centered plans (PCP) and providing therapeutic services to improve their functioning in various settings.

In Short

• Develop and implement client’s person-centered plan collaboratively.
• Provide intensive services to reduce symptoms and improve functioning.
• Nurture supportive therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Monitor psychiatric symptoms and encourage positive behavior.
• Deliver required billable contact hours at appropriate frequency.
• Maintain communication with the IIH therapist for client support.
• Ensure timely submission of all service notes.
• Assist with case management and linking activities for clients.
• Coordinate with the IIH team for 24/7 coverage.
• Follow agency policies and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience with the population served.
• No substantiated findings of abuse or neglect.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional status required.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
