Performance Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our paid marketing initiatives across several European markets, defining and executing effective strategies for SEA and Paid Social.

In Short

• Define and implement effective SEA strategies tailored to several European markets.
• Develop bidding-strategies, audiences, and keywords on Google Ads and BING.
• Leverage Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube ads.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Social campaigns.
• Optimize landing pages, ad copy, and create assets to drive CTR and conversion.
• Conduct A/B tests.
• Analyze campaign and competitor data for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with marketing objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Google Ads and BING.
• Strong, data-driven mindset eager to learn and adapt.
• Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
• Business proficiency in English and knowledge of an additional European language, preferably Polish.
• Automotive background/passion is a big plus.
