The role is responsible for spearheading the growth strategy for the grocery business, driving user engagement, retention, and revenue through innovative growth campaigns and data-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
• Well versed in data mining and statistical modeling.
• Strong understanding of A/B Testing and User Segmentation.
• Proficiency in analyzing metrics like CAC, LTV, ARPU.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of grocery market trends.
