Overview

Care Access is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and innovation-driven Clinical Vendor Specialist responsible for sourcing clinical vendors to support new studies and clinical trials, ensuring smooth operationalization of protocols.

In Short

• Research and engage potential vendors prior to clinical trials being awarded.
• Execute new vendor set up process (MSA, SOP, NDA).
• Engage with multiple vendors for each needed procedure per site.
• Provide procedures and vendor contact names to facilitate patient scheduling.
• Build positive relationships with vendors.
• Maintain a database of vendors with contact information.
• Take initiative to solve problems and provide solutions.
• Process requisitions, execute tactical buying, and create purchase orders.
• Understand operational considerations of urgency and flexibility.

Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of medical and research terminology.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and good clinical practices (GCP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance tasks with competing priorities.
• Critical thinker and problem solver.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, health care, or related field.
• 2+ years of pharma/medical/clinical industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in contracts and pricing.
