The Registered Nurse Navigator plays a critical role in bridging the gap between patients and the complex healthcare system, supporting patients across the continuum of cardiology care.

Requirements

• Current WA State RN license (Multistate license required within 6 months of hire)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Associate degree with additional experience may be considered)
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience in cardiology or related specialty
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, payer guidelines, and case management
• High level of independence, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Must reside in Washington State
