Overview

As a Product Manager at Cardata, you will operate at the intersection of customer insight and product execution, focusing on delivering high-quality product outcomes.

In Short

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for your assigned domain.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog grooming and sprint refinement sessions.
• Partner closely with Engineering to clarify requirements.
• Participate in customer interviews and discovery efforts.
• Analyze customer feedback and support trends.
• Work closely with Design for high-quality user experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on roadmap alignment.
• Help refine product processes and documentation.
• Track product outcomes and learn from shipped features.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products, both mobile and web.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Good product judgment and structured thinking.
• Solid technical fluency for a PM.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• High ownership and accountability.
