In Short

• Assist in the execution of third-party and outsourcing risk assessments and criticality reviews.
• Support due diligence activities, documenting findings and identifying control gaps.
• Coordinate with business owners to maintain third-party inventories and risk registers.
• Work closely with the Third Party Risk Manager to roll out the risk framework.
• Prepare governance forum packs and status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Support vendor performance monitoring and conduct control testing.
• Act as a point of contact for business teams on third-party risk activities.
• Facilitate training sessions and awareness campaigns.
• Support first-line teams in adopting risk tools and practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit.
• Familiarity with third-party risk concepts and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience using risk assessment tools or audit software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on approach and eagerness to learn.
