Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Capio Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to work as part of a team to provide Information Technology support to the client services that are currently supported by multiple client systems that duplicate data and functionality in silos preventing cross-analysis and lacking the support of modern work automation tools for facilitating process improvement.

In Short

• Manage the entire IT project and system development lifecycles.
• Apply project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
• Completion of new custom modules or applications.
• Provide Agile development support and coordination.
• Support legacy processes while redirecting resources.
• IV&V oversight.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices.
• Standardize workflows for better decision-making.
• Develop and maintain project management plans and schedules.
• Facilitate organizational change management activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of Project Manager experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current PMP certification required.
• Experience with Healthcare programs like Medicare/Medicaid.
• Experience leading large and complex IT system development projects.
• Experience with project management plans for government agencies.
• Experience with change control management processes.
• Experience with agile or hybrid agile software development processes.
• Experience with legacy data conversion on IT system projects.
• References from previous engagements required.
