Capgemini is seeking an Agile Product Manager for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier, focusing on maximizing the delivery of value to customers and guiding program level work through the Agile process.

In Short

• Develop and maintain the program vision and roadmap.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer for the Agile Release Train.
• Engage in customer interaction and market research.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
• Manage the flow of complex work through the program Kanban.
• Define and maintain Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs).
• Accountable for content decisions for the ARTs.
• Participate in System Demos and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Provide strategic oversight to Product Owners and Analysts.
• Build and develop an effective Product Management team.
