Overview

This position applies analytics and modeling techniques to improve business results, utilizing customer information and behavioral data to influence strategic business decisions.

In Short

• Utilizes conceptual knowledge of consumer analytics including retention models and agency economics.
• Basic programming, ETL, and modeling methods to execute projects.
• Knowledge of large-scale structured and unstructured multidimensional data.
• Consults on data extraction, manipulation, and design for statistical modeling.
• Contributes to development of presentations for non-technical associates.
• Executes intermediate model deployments via established MLOps techniques.
• Works with analytics and IT teams to deploy models/rules.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering and analytics.
• Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis.
• Understanding of ETL processes.
• Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex information.
