FAST Workflow Configuration Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. This role will focus on implementing technical requirements through the configuration of the FAST Policy Administration System (PAS).

In Short

• Help implement and enhance the FAST PAS to support Capco insurance clients.
• Customize the FAST PAS to meet client specifications.
• Support adherence to standards and best practices for FAST configuration.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations.
• Support efficient business processes and data integrity.
• Provide clear communications on status, risks, and timelines.
• Lead Design and Configuration reviews.
• Collaborate with solution architects for configuration changes.
• Provide solution options and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience configuring and managing the FAST platform.
• Proficient in FAST system configuration and implementation.
• Ability to collaborate with other teams.
• In-depth knowledge of FAST development and deployment.
• Expertise in FAST and Insurance Ecosystem development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellence in problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
