In Short

  • Partner closely with B2B Marketing teams to measure and report on progress toward revenue and growth goals.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner in identifying opportunities and shaping the B2B marketing roadmap.
  • Design measurement frameworks that track marketing performance and lead conversion.
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for media investment and campaign strategy.
  • Evaluate key initiatives such as paid media and content through analysis.
  • Apply knowledge of attribution to credit marketing impact across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Analytics Engineering, and Product for accurate data.

Requirements

  • Natural communicator who creates alignment and clarity to complex problems.
  • Experience in supporting pipeline-focused teams in a B2B environment.
  • Proficient in building dashboards to track marketing and sales funnels.
  • Strong skills in SQL and data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Ability to analyze data using Python or R.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling or marketing impact evaluation.
  • Collaborative and excited to work across Marketing and Sales.
  • Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS metrics.
