In Short

• Lead the preparation and oversight of all financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee the revenue reporting team and support their analysis and accounting for all online and enterprise revenue.
• Oversee the SOX team and support their mission to develop, implement, and drive Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs.
• Oversee the treasury function, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Supervise and manage the global payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation.
• Partner closely with Sales Operations to build a sales compensation team within finance.
• Oversee the company’s Global Spend team, ensuring cost-effective purchasing activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Ensure compliance, financial transparency, and accuracy in all aspects of financial reporting.
• Drive processes and systems to support strategic growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Significant experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal audit practices.
• Experience working with both private and large-scale public companies.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of treasury management, payroll processing, and financial operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Exposure to international financial operations and multi-currency accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
